Different generation tasks consume different amounts of credits. Standard character image generation typically costs 1-2 credits, high-quality pro mode may cost 2-4 credits, and video generation costs 4-20 credits depending on duration and model. The exact cost is displayed before generation so you always know what you're spending.

Pay-as-you-go credit packs are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Monthly and yearly subscription credits are valid within the subscription cycle — monthly credits last 30 days, yearly credits last 365 days. Credits are refreshed when your subscription renews.

Yes. All paid users (both pay-as-you-go and subscribers) have full commercial rights to generated content, including but not limited to book publishing, comic creation, game development, marketing materials, social media content, and merchandise. Content generated with free credits is for personal, non-commercial use only.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings with one click — no need to contact support. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you can continue using remaining credits and all paid features. No further charges will be made after expiration, and your generated works remain accessible for download.

If you request a refund within 72 hours of purchase and have not used any credits, you are eligible for a full refund. For partially used credits, we offer a prorated refund based on remaining credits. If you experience technical issues causing abnormal credit consumption, please contact support@consistent-character-ai.com and we will verify and compensate with credits or a refund.

We take data security very seriously. All uploaded images and generated works are encrypted and stored on secure cloud servers accessible only to you. We never use your images for model training or share them with third parties, and we strictly comply with GDPR and other data protection regulations.

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time — the upgrade takes effect immediately with costs prorated for the remaining days. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. If you just need extra credits temporarily, you can also purchase pay-as-you-go credit packs on top of your subscription.
